Restore Dental Academy – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

Restore Dental Academy is a UK-based training provider delivering advanced education in cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry.

By booking a course or event with Restore Dental Academy (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

2. Eligibility

Our courses are intended for qualified dental professionals or students in relevant training. We reserve the right to request proof of professional status.

 

 

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Bookings are confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

 

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds (Attendees)

  • Up to 30 days before the course: full refund minus a £25 admin fee.

  • 15–29 days before: 50% refund.

  • Less than 14 days before: no refund.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless pre-approved in writing by us.

 

 

5. Cancellations (by Restore Dental Academy)

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue closure). You will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

 

 

6. Event Changes

We may adjust the course content, schedule, or speakers if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

 

 

7. Conduct

Delegates are expected to behave professionally. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

 

 

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials (slides, handouts, recordings) remain the property of Restore Dental Academy. They must not be shared, copied, or redistributed without prior consent.

 

 

9. Liability

We accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course, except where caused by our negligence.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Restore Dental Academy – Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect

  • Name, email, phone, address (when booking a course)

  • Payment information (via secure third-party processors)

  • Professional information (if required for eligibility)

Restore Dental Academy – Shipping / Delivery Policy

  • ourse confirmations and tickets are delivered by email immediately after booking.

  • Any digital course materials will be emailed or made available via secure login within 24–48 hours of booking or at the start of the event.

  • If you are expecting an email and have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at [Insert Email].

  • If we ship physical items (e.g. notebooks, certificates), they will be dispatched within 7 working days via Royal Mail or courier.

Restore Dental Academy – Refund Policy

  • We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy:

  • Courses / Events:

  • Full refund (minus £25 admin fee) if cancelled 30+ days before the event

  • 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before

  • No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless we agree in writing.

  • If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be entitled to a full refund or transfer.
